Those traveling from the US and APAC should arrive in Barcelona on Mon April 8th. Check-in is 3:00pm, but you may store your luggage and head out to explore the city, or enjoy a relaxing lunch on the hotel's rooftop terrace. The spa is also available if you’d like to change or freshen up, but it is limited in size.
Also keep in mind you can book 30 minutes in a private spa area located on the top floor of the hotel which includes showers, steam room, and sauna. This does need to be pre-booked up to 2 weeks before the event but is complimentary for guests of the hotel. You can do this as one person or you can choose to have 2-3 other guests join you for the space. Feel free to email Clientes Hotel Majestic clientes@hotelmajestic.es for pre-booking.

Please join us for a welcome glass of Cava and a chance to catch up with your co-workers from 4:00-6:00pm at La Dolce Vitae on the Majestic rooftop. We will also be offering the gifting experience during this time to beat the welcome party rush.

7:00am -11:00am: Breakfast is included for all US & APAC attendees at El Restaurant Del Majestic which is located on the 1st floor of the hotel (one floor up from the lobby). It's an impressive spread, so we recommend that everyone attends. Please note that breakfast will be open to both HubSpotters and other guests of the hotel, and therefore could be busy at peak times (9:30am-10:30am).
European offices will be joining today- check-in is 3:00pm.
Free Day to explore Barcelona
Walking tours will be provided by the Majestic Hotel throughout the day. You will be able to sign up for a requested time slot during the registration process.
6:45pm - 8:15pm: Welcome Cocktail Party and Executive Welcome - Majestic Hotel Ballroom, located off hotel lobby.
You will have a few hours free between the welcome party and evening celebration to grab dinner on your own.
10:30pm - 2:30am: Please join us at Gatsby Barcelona Lounge for an evening celebration.
7:00am - 11:00am: Breakfast is included for all attendees at El Restaurant Del Majestic. Keep in mind breakfast will be busy this morning as many guests will be departing for activities. Please give yourself extra time in case of a small wait.

Barcelona has many amazing restaurants. Traditionally, dinner begins late throughout Spain, and especially in Barcelona- some restaurants do not open until 9:00pm, so we recommend checking with the concierge for recommendations.

Day at leisure: Get out and explore all that Barcelona has to offer on your final full day in Spain!
6:45pm - 12:00am: HubSpot Annual President's Club Awards Dinner. Please be on time for departures (6:45pm) for our dinner event as the location is outside of the city. Buses will be depart Can Magi back to the Majestic at 11:30pm, 1:00am, and 2:00am. Remember the elevators will be crowded for departures to the dinner so please give yourself appropriate time and aim to be 15-20 minutes early!
We will be serving Cava in the hotel lobby for those looking for a pre-dinner drink from 6:00-6:45pm.

Full plated dinner will be served at the Awards Dinner. There will be a DJ and dancing following dinner.
