March 1-4, 2016 Itinerary

    Flights for BOSTON attendees are on a FIRST COME basis based on when RSVP's are received.  There will be 2 flights heading to Cancun from Boston on March 1st, one direct flight which arrives around 1:30pm and one with a quick half hour layover in Ft. Lauderdale that arrives at 12:30pm.  The first 35 HubSpotters to RSVP will be put on the direct flight with their guest and the second batch of attendees will be flying through Ft. Lauderdale.  Remember there will be NO early arrivals to Cancun due to end of month obligation (exception: International Team).  Also keep in mind invites will be sent out this year as soon as you qualify (end of each month) so those who exceed their goals early will be given the first opportunity for the direct flights and extension.  Please see FAQ's page for full flight details!

    Arrival Day Tuesday 3/1/2016

    Today you will be arriving into Cancun.  Upon arrival to the Cancun Airport you will be greeted by staff and transported to the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun.  Make sure you stop by the HubSpot hospitality desk in the lobby to pick-up your Welcome Bags and President's Club Induction Gift.  

    1. Join us for a welcome cocktail party on the Breezes Terrace on the 3rd floor at the Hard Rock Hotel from 6:30pm-8:30pm.  Appetizers will be served.
    2. Individual Restaurants for Dinner (no reservations accepted for specialty dining, first come first serve).  The planning committee recommends any of the specialty dining restaurants!  Ciao, Ipanema, and Zen Hibachi are great options. 
    3. Lobby Bar - We will be in the lobby bar after dinner for those interested in enjoying a nightcap and to enjoy the hotel's live music.

    Wednesday 3/2/2016

    For those not participating in their activity, the morning is all yours!  We have rented out 12 cabanas beachside at the Hard Rock Cancun for those looking to socialize with other HubSpotters; first come, first serve.   Our HubSpot PClub headquarters will be located at the cabanas for the day for anyone with questions.  

    Activities offered Today (Subject to Availability);

    Remember:

    1. This afternoon from 3:30pm to 6:30pm HubSpot will be hosting an afternoon Snorkel Cruise on The Dancer boat.  This three floor boat has something for everyone from a diving board, to slide to relaxing lounge chairs.  Please be in the lobby by 3pm to board buses to the boat (located 15 minutes away).  Don't forget your sunscreen!
    2. Tonight we will be running shuttles starting at 9:30pm every half hour to downtown Cancun for those interested in experiencing the nightlife Cancun has to offer.  Those shuttles will be picking up in the same location as drop off every half hour from 11pm-1:00am.  One of your planning committee members will be in the hotel lobby at the Hard Rock to help direct you to the shuttles along with someone at the drop off location. 

     

    Thursday 3/3/2016

    Today is another activities day for those who didn't participate yesterday.  Please make sure you arrive on time to the designated area.  You will have received emails for meeting times and locations.  

    Activities offered Today (Subject to Availability);

    Remember:

    1. We recommend those participating in activities to grab some breakfast before departure or order complimentary 24 hour room service to be delivered in the morning!!
    2. Cocktails & Dinner Celebration from 7pm-10pm on the Sunset Terrace.
    3. Afterparty 11:30pm-1am - HubSpot will be hosting an afterparty on property for those looking for some dance tunes and a few more social cocktails at Ipanema.

     

    Friday 3/4/2016 Departure Day

    Today you will be departing Cancun after another PClub for the books.  

    Remember:

    • Please check out for any incidentals added to the room.
    • Transportation will be provided from Hard Rock Hotel to Cancun Airport, times will be communicated once flights finalized.
