All personalized itineraries will be provided through Travefy, both web and app based.

Sunday 5/7/2023 - Arrival Day

Today is the international arrival day for all attendees traveling from outside of Europe!  Check-in is 3:00pm, but you may store your luggage and freshen up in the spa locker area.

Airport transfers will be provided from the Nice (NCE) Airport for all attendees that arrive today as part of the group transport. If you decide to arrive early or arrive by train, we ask that you cover your transfer expenses to the hotel.

Given the travel distance to Monaco from outside of Europe, we have provided you an additional travel day.  With that said, you’re free to spend your time however you choose.

Evening: at leisure

Note:

• We will provide a resort credit  to help cover the cost of food and beverage that is not already covered during group events. 
• We highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive to Monte Carlo.

Monday 5/8/2023

Fairmont:  Breakfast is included 7:30am-11:00am at the Horizon Deck Restaurant on the 7th floor of the Fairmont Hotel for guests of the Fairmont only.  Horizon Deck is a 7th heaven with a 360° view over the Principality's legendary Opera House, Prince's Palace, and Casino, against a backdrop of the Riviera and the azure splendor of the Mediterranean. If the Horizon Deck is at full capacity, then Nobu will be opened as overflow for breakfast this morning. Breakfast is only included this morning for those who checked in on May 7th. 

Le Meridien: Breakfast is included 7:00am-11:00am at the L’intempo by Sergi Arola on the ground floor of Le Meridien for guests of this hotel only.  For good weather days there is a great patio beachside to enjoy your breakfast.  Breakfast is only included this morning for those who checked in on May 7th. 

Arrival day for all employees from Europe offices.

Afternoon: at leisure

Options for today:

• Explore Monaco on your own. 
   
• Relax by the hotel pool and/or beach. Depending on the weather, the Fairmont regular pool will be open. If the weather is especially good, Nikki Beach will set up on the rooftop of the Fairmont.  Fairmont's beach club will most likely still be closed for the season.  Le Meridien's Beach and indoor/outdoor pool should both be open by May 1st.  
  
  

• Additional Activities Day.  Due to the size of the group we will be running activities each day of this year's Club trip.

  • Spa Treatment - Please note that all spa treatments will take place at the Fairmont's La Valle Spa. For those staying at the Le Meridien, the Fairmont is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel.
    
    

7:30pm - 10:00pm: Welcome Party - Le Meridien

• Dinner & Drinks will be served.
• The temperature will likely drop at night, so we recommend bringing a sweater, fleece, shawl, scarf, etc.
• This event will take place outdoors and limited seating will be available so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
• Bus shuttles will be leaving from the lobby of the Fairmont to Le Meridien and reverse every 15 minutes from 7:00pm to 10:30pm.  Or the walk is approximately 10 minutes when taking a right out of the Fairmont and heading towards the ocean.
• Dress Code for Welcome Party: "Business casual workwear usually includes a collared shirt (button-up or polo shirt) or sweater on top, and dress pants, khakis, chinos, or a pencil skirt on the bottom. You may also wish to add a blazer or sport coat, but you don’t necessarily need a custom-tailored suit jacket. Shoes should be closed-toe and professional, whether you choose boots, heels, flats, loafers, mules, or oxfords." - MasterClass
   
  Please keep in mind if you are planning on going out after the event we do recommend "smart & elegant" dress.  In the evening in Monaco most restaurants and bars require smart dress, specifically no shorts or flip flops!  Again this is NOT a HubSpot policy but a requirement of many of the local establishments.

We will be offering a choice between 8 main activities to explore Monaco and its surrounding area. Please note that activities will be filled based upon the date of your submitted registration and several activities will be hosted on multiple days of the event.

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

Day: at leisure
Today is yours to explore Monaco. For those looking to explore France or Italy, the train station is a quick 20 minute walk from the hotel.   

7:30pm-11:30pm: Farewell Party - Fairmont 

• Please join us from 7:30-8:30pm for cocktails and the welcome toast from the HubSpot Executive Team in the Grand Salon at the Fairmont Monaco.  The Grand Salon is located near the front lobby at the Fairmont and has a private entrance for all attendees coming from Le Meridien.  
• At 8:30pm we will be asking all attendees to make their way to Salle d'or located on the lobby floor of the Fairmont for dinner.  After dinner all guests are invited back to the Grand Salon for after dinner drinks and dancing.
• All events this evening will be indoors.
• Bus shuttles will be leaving from the lobby of the Fairmont to Le Meridien and reverse every 15 minutes from 7:00pm to 11:30pm.  Or the walk is approximately 10 minutes when taking a left out of the Le Meridien and heading towards the main square in Monte Carlo (there is a small hill located right before the Fairmont).
• For this evening, we recommend Smart Casual (Dressy Casual). The smart casual dress code offers a balance between casual and formal wear, which is ideal for social occasions with a professional flare, such as after-work socializing or a social event at a business conference. For a dress casual dress code, break out trendier pieces, like jumpsuits, blazers, and high-end footwear. Instead of T-shirts, opt for button-downs and blouses.
