Saturday 5/2/2026 - Early Arrival Day

Check in at the resort is at 4:00 PM. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Airport transfers will be provided from Maui's Kahului Airport (OGG) for all attendees that arrive today and signed up for group transport. If you decide to arrive early or are traveling with more than one guest (those bringing children), we ask that you book your own transfers to the hotel.

Some of our personal favorite restaurants in the area are Oao, Ka'ana Kitchen, MonkeyPod, Kohola Brewery, Tommy Bahamas. Highly recommend making reservations at all of the above! Gather at the golf course is a great spot for dinner and sunset views, Birdcage Bar at Hotel Wailea is another great drink spot for good views! For those looking for larger group gathering spot with casual fun outdoor vibe, Kohola Brewery is the place!

Sunday 5/3/2026 - Arrival Day

Breakfast is available daily at Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa, as their buffet is open from 7:00-10:00am. For those looking for a grab and go style breakfast or a la carte options, Loulu is open 24 hours a day, providing local goods, gourmet coffee, and a few made-to-order options. Highly recommend Loulu as there are great breakfast flatbreads in a wood fired oven, acai bowls and many great breakfast options. There are tables setup also to enjoy breakfast on the terrace.

Room service breakfast is also available daily from 6:00-11:00am. A reminder, you will use your food and beverage stipend provided to cover breakfast.

Today is all yours to kick back and relax at the resort!

Enjoy one of the ten onsite pools or five miles of gorgeous beach access, just steps from your room. A reminder that the adults-only pool is the Hibiscus Pool. Just steps away from the property is Wailea Beach, rated one of the best beaches on Maui and one of the top beaches in the world, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Please note that a limited number of folding beach chairs are available at the beach to hotel guests on a first come, first serve basis, while further enhancements, such as beach chaise loungers and beach umbrellas can be booked here.

Catamaran Trip - Molokini Crater Snorkel Experience - Morning 8am-1pm, breakfast & lunch served.
Catamaran Trip - Turtles & Tacos Snorkel Sail - This will be for those looking to have their children join an activity. All families will be assigned this specific sailing tour.
Spa Treatments

Additional amenities included with your daily resort fee:

• Participation in Beach Yoga class
• Admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and daily snorkel lesson (based on availability, sign-up required)
• Use of Beach Cruiser bikes (based on availability)
• Beach umbrellas and chairs for use on Wailea Beach (based on availability)
• Hula and ukulele lessons

6:30pm - 9:30pm: Welcome Luau. Join us tonight to kick off the celebration at the Molokini Garden.

Dinner & Drinks will be available.

Lanyards and name tags are required to be worn for tonight's party.
Dress Code for Welcome Dinner is casual attire.

For those looking to extend the night, the Botero Lounge is open until 11:00 PM and Pint & Cork (Located 5 minute walk also open to 11pm but willing to stay open later if busy!

Monday 5/4/2026

HubSpot Family Headquarters - Today we invite all HubSpot families traveling to Club to meet up for some family fun from 11:00-3:00pm. This will give our children an opportunity to enjoy the afternoon with other children their age! Snacks will be served throughout the day. The cabanas will be located by the kids pool.

6:30pm-10:00pm: Celebration Dinner - Join us tonight in the Molokini Garden to celebrate all of your success in 2025!

Dinner, Drinks and Dancing will be provided.

Wednesday 5/6/2026

Departure day for all guests

Check out is 12:00pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. HubSpot will be covering all room charges, taxes, and one selected activity. You will be responsible for any additional charges made to your room.

Please note that if you are leaving on May 6th and signed up for group transfers to the OGG Airport, your transfer time will be included in your personalized itinerary in your Trip Plans app.
