3 Nights, 4 Days in Budapest

All personalized itineraries will be provided through Trip Plans, both web and app based.

Friday 5/2/2025 - Arrival Day

Today is the international arrival day for all attendees traveling from AMER or the JAPAC region only!  Your hotel selection will be provided 45 days prior to the trip as a reminder due to the city location we will be using multiple host hotels.

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!  

Airport transfers will be provided from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) for all attendees that arrive today as part of the group transport. If you decide to arrive early or are traveling with more than one guest (those bringing children), we ask that you cover your transfer expenses to the hotel.

Given the travel distance to the Budapest from AMER and the JAPAC region, we have provided you an additional travel day.  With that said, you’re free to explore the local area and all that Budapest has to offer!

Also check out many of the amazing famous Ruin Bars of Budapest this evening.

Note:

• Reminder you will be provided a gift card with 300 EUROs per person to cover additional means not included with the group.  This gift card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, it can easily also be used at the hotel to cover any balances remaining at check-out.
• We highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive to Budapest.

Saturday 5/3/2025

Breakfast will be included during your stay at your host hotel.

Afternoon: at leisure

Options for today:

• Explore Budapest on your own. 

Reminder you will be provided a gift card with 300 EUROs per person to cover additional means not included with the group.  This gift card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, it can easily also be used at the hotel to cover any balances remaining at check-out.

7:30pm - 10:00pm: Welcome Reception. Join us tonight to kick off the celebration at Budapest's Central Market Hall.

Located on Vámház Boulevard on the Pest side, next to the river Danube and Liberty Bridge, the market is a quick 15 minute walk from the Marriott hotel and 25 minutes from Kempinski Hotel.   We will be running a few shuttles buses to/from Kempinski to the Market Hall starting at 7:15pm until 10:15pm.

To get to Budapest’s Central Market by public transport, you can get off at the Fovám Tér stop (metro line M4 and tram lines 47, 48 and 49). This stop is right in front of the market’s main entrance.  

Dinner & Drinks will be available.   For this event it will be soft drinks, wine and beer.

• Lanyards and name tags are required to be worn for tonight's party.
• Dress Code for Welcome Dinner is casual attire.

For those looking to extend the night, the Blue Fox The Bar at Kempinski has quickly become a cool hotspot in the Budapest nightlife. Chilled out yet exciting. Intimate yet social.  Also for those staying at the Marriott, their rooftop bar has incredible views of Budapest's Danube River.

Sunday 5/4/2025

• Danube Sunset Cruise with Drinks & Snacks.  Please join us this evening 18:30-20:30 for a cruise along the legendary Danube River and enjoy panoramic views of its waterfront landmarks.
• Gastro Picnic Experience.  This is a fan favorite in Budapest, mix of culture and culinary with some indulgence.   A opportunity to explore an off the beaten path area while tasting many of the different local cuisines and local drinks.  This experience will run 13:00-17:00 on Sunday as you will be taking a bus 30 minutes from downtown Budapest to the unique Etyek wine region.  Think great views, home-made cheeses, wine-tasting, and many other treats along the way!
• Spa Treatment.  Spa treatments will take place at your assigned hotel in Budapest.

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

Dinner: At Leisure, attendees are on their own for dinner to enjoy all amazing cuisine that Budapest has to offer at the hotels or out and about in the city. Stay tuned for more local dining recommendations.

7:30pm-12:30am: Celebration Dinner - Stay tuned for more details on tonight's dinner!  This dinner will take place outside Budapest so all attendees will be bused to the venue.  There will be return shuttles running in the evening from 10:30pm-12:30am.

Dinner, Drinks and Dancing will be provided.
