    Current Standings

    How to get there

    IGS: 125% of annual quota and segment-specific Install Base and total MRR minimums.  See your segment's MRR minimums here!

    Manager: 115% of annual quota. 
    • IMS who was promoted to manager in year and is in the manager role for 9 months or more: Must qualify as a manager (115%+)
    • IMS who was promoted to manager in year and is in the rep role for 9 months or more: Must qualify as a rep (125%+)
    • IMS who was promoted to manager in year and is in the manager role for less than 9 months: Must qualify as both an IMS (125%+) and manager (115%+)

    BDR: Top balanced performers in each segment will qualify. Segment specific MRR and 110% minimum attainment required. Must be in sales at the end of 2017 to qualify.  The number of slots in each group is listed below.  The "floater" segment slot will be awarded to the top eligible BDR from any segment who does not make P-Club due to segment restrictions based on a balanced performance ranking of all stack ranked BDRs.

    • If a BDR was promoted to an IGS on or after July 1st
      • The rep will be included in the BDR stack rank
      • YTD MRR will be calculated based on attributed MRR for the time in BDR role and avg attributed MRR for the months not in BDR role
      • YTD quota will be based on actuals for time in BDR role and full quota for months not in BDR role
      • Have to meet minimum MRR requirements and minimum performance requirements
    • If a BDR was promoted to an IGS before July 1st
      • The rep will will not be included in the BDR stack rank
      • Must qualify as an IGS to make President's Club

    Qualification

    To qualify for the contest, you:

    • Must have a start date in an IGS role at HubSpot between January 1st, 2017 and June 30th, 2017.
    • Must have a minimum of 125% attainment (all-in) for the months July - December.

    NOTE: If you happen to qualify for President's Club through the primary requirements, you will not be considered for this contest. If this happens in any segment, the 2nd balanced performer in the segment will be chosen.
     

    Contest Rules and Metrics

    There will be 5 winners with a maximum winner of 1 for each of the below segments.

    • NAM Small Business
    • NAM MM / Corp / NP / EDU
    • EMEA Direct & AP
    • NAM AP / APAC Direct & AP
    • Wildcard (top IGS by balanced performance across all segments who did not qualify through one of the above spots)

    Winners will be chosen by balanced score across the entire pool of qualifiers for the months July - December. The highest balanced score from each of the segments above will go to P-Club. To calculate balanced score, you will be ranked against all-in MRR and quota attainment from July 1st through December 31st.

    • MRR Score: The top MRR generator gets a score of 1, the second highest gets a 2, and so on.
    • Quota Attainment Score: The person with the highest quota attainment will get a score of 1, the second highest gets a score of 2, and so on.
    • Balanced Score: Balanced score is your MRR score plus your Quota Attainment score. The goal is to keep your score as low as possible. If balanced score is the same, a tie is broken by the higher MRR.
    NOTE: If any segments do not have an IGS who meets the minimum requirements to qualify, the next in line balanced performer across all segments will be awarded the spot.
