Today those from Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo and Boston will be arriving into Lisbon. Most flights arrive early am so you will not be able to check-in to your room but you can access the spa/pool area which has great facilities for showering, napping, and storing your carry-on. Check-in is 3pm.
Flight Arrival Transfer Schedule - All guests NOT listed will be in charge of their own transportation from the airport to the Four Seasons.

7:00-8:30pm: 2016 President's Club Welcome Cocktails at Four Seasons Lisbon Lounge area (main lobby).
Evening: Explore Lisbon at leisure. Shuttles provided starting at 8pm to the Market (Mercado da Ribeira) for many dinner options.

10:00pm-12:00am: O Bom O Mau e o Vilão (The Good, The Bad, The Ugly) - Open Bar HubSpot Get Together. This is located a short 6-8 minute walk from the Market. Head back down Av. 24 de Julho (out the front entrance take a right), towards the rotary Praca Duque da Terceira and up the hill, street name, R. do Alecrim. The bar will be on your left, just past Pensão Amor. HubSpot will be covering the bar costs for this event!
Shuttles will return to the hotel from 10pm-1am every 30 minutes. If you choose to stay later you can uber, taxi or walk back to the hotel, this is at your own expense.

10:00am-4pm: Explore Sintra - Wine Tasting & Castle Experience (Lunch included)
Days Schedule;
10:00am: Depart Hotel as a group (breakfast will be open 7-10am today). Every guest will be provided a ticket and map when they board the bus.
10:45-11am: Entire Group arrives at Quinta da Regaleira Castle. You will have 90 minutes for a self-guided tour. We will provide a recommended router!
We ask all guests to be at Tivoli Palacio de Seteais at 1pm. You have two options to get there. You can either walk left out of the exit of Quinta da Regaleria Castle up the hill 3 minutes and you will see the hotel setback on the right in 350 meters. Or after you visit the castle you walk down the hill to the town of Sintra (~6 minute walk) and the memorable cobblestone streets. Then you catch the bus at 12:45pm back up the hill to Tivoli Palacio de Seteais.

3:30pm: Depart for Four Seasons Lisbon (once lunch is complete all buses will depart together).
Dinner: At Leisure - HubSpot is providing shuttles to Bairro Alto area from the hotel starting at 8:00pm and last pickup in Bairro Alto at 1:00am. Shuttle leaves hotel lobby every 30 minutes starting at 8:00pm until 10pm and picks up at drop off point in Bairro Alto every 30 minutes starting at 10:30pm.

Coastline Tour includes Cascais & Cabo da Roca & Peninha: 10am - 3pm, please meet in lobby at 10am for departure.
Cooking Class & Lunch: 10:30am - 1:30pm, please meet in lobby at 10am for departure.
Winemaker for the day: 2:30pm - 5:30pm, please meet in lobby at 2pm for departure.
7:30pm-10:30pm: Farewell Dinner (Lisbon's Waterfront).
10:30pm-1am: After-party sponsored by HubSpot at Skones NightClub located waterfront.
